We have a network of amazing women working in the SADC (and around the world), across different specialities and energy types. Our role models come from this network, and they are excited to share their stories in the hope of inspiring more young women to join the sector.  

To be featured as a role model, you must be over 18 years old and work in sustainable energy, preferably in the SADC (or originally coming from the SADC). You should also have at least 3 years of work experience, so that we can tell the story of your journey within this space.
